Ally Karsyn is a storyteller, facilitator, and somatic practitioner serving as a content manager at the Omaha Community Foundation, one of the country’s largest community foundations. She is the founder of Beacon Story Lab, an award-winning, community-centered live storytelling series that ran for nine years and invited hundreds to step on stage to be seen, heard, and celebrated. Karsyn’s work lives at the intersection of narrative, embodiment, and care, helping people connect more deeply with each other and themselves. Outside of paid work, they can be found dancing, wandering the woods, and following whatever feels most alive.
This session isn’t about adding more to your plate. It’s about offering a soft landing, a reset, and a way to return to all areas of your life with more clarity and compassion.
