Kara-Kae is the Director of Marketing for the TFI: The Family Initiative, a child welfare organization currently serving five states and over 6,000 children. Kara-Kae has over 20 years of experience in marketing, graphic design, event planning and writing. She is an organizational nerd and loves creating systems to help make work more efficient and fun. You can usually find her with her nose in a book or being an unpaid uber driver of her four kids.
