Sonali Ratnasinghe is the Founder and Executive Director of Youth Ambassadors of Service, one of North Carolina’s largest youth-led nonprofits empowering students through service, leadership, and nonprofit internships. She began her journey in social impact at age 16 during the COVID-19 pandemic and has since grown into a recognized leader in the youth civic engagement space.
This session explores youth voice as a strategic communications approach, not a tactic or trend. Attendees will learn how to move beyond tokenism and integrate youth voice into content strategy, narrative decision-making, and organizational storytelling.
