After 20 years as a nonprofit fundraiser, Mary Linda McBride founded Mindful Resolution, a firm dedicated to bringing mindfulness skills to community organizations and workplaces. She trained to teach Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) at the University of Massachusetts Medical School and is also a yoga instructor. She trusts in the resilience that arises when approaching “the full catastrophe” of life with intention, gratitude, and a good deal of humor.
